Masala Oats: A quick, healthy meal anywhere, anytime. A delicious mix of Roasted Cashews, Spices and Condiments.
Ingredients:
l Oil
l Green chilly
l Onion (sliced)
l Carrots, Capsicum (chopped)
l Salt to taste
l Turmeric powder
l Red chilly powder
l Jeera powder
l Garam masala
l 1 cup masala oats
l Water 1 and a half cup
How to make Masala Oats?
Step by step procedure:
1.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan,
add green chilies and onion, mix well and saute till the onion is golden.
2.
Add carrots and capsicum
saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.
Now add turmeric powder, red
chili powder, and salt to taste, mix well.
4.
Now add water and Jeera
powder and Garam masala.
5.
Add masala oats and saute
for 5 minutes
